GD Sports cream is something very different. Having an active life and entering my 30s the effectiveness of sports creams becomes increasingly important. GD is subtle and long lasting, very responsive to activity and a must before any game or run for the sore spots that need some warmth. Can’t recommend this enough!

I have been weight training for over forty years. For the past 10 years, I have had a minor shoulder injury. The injury has never been significant enough to stop me from training but it has always interfered with my training routine. Recently I was introduced to Green Dragon sports cream. After the initial use, I experienced a significant reduction in pain when doing a shoulder press or working out my shoulders. It sure packs some heat!
I find it perfect for pre training and pre game warm up rubs as it has a long lasting effect. I also find it super beneficial for post training and games, as the heat sensation works wonders on those fatigued, achey muscles.
Smells great, feels great, it is great!

I use Greendragon before and after football training. It’s great to get the muscles warmed up, and it is really effective at reducing swelling and aches afterwards.

I am an endurance athlete who competes in full triathlons and ultra marathons, I have never found a product that is as effective as Greendragon. I have found applying the lotion post training and post shower proved to be the most effective for me, the heat and deep tissue sensation is unmatched by any other product I’ve tried.
