I was given the Greendragon cream from my brother and it immediately warmed up and helped loosen and enabled me to stretch my muscles to warm up pre the Aussie boot camps I went to. I found it so good that I took it back to England as it was superior in its instant heat and pain relief  and less pungent too than my other warm up creams and gels.
