I had really sore quads from the gym and had to do a beep test the next day. Seriously bad tightness and aches. I rubbed this on before the test and warmed up quickly. I did well on the test and felt great as my legs were warm.I didn’t feel the soreness! Definitely get yourself some. I’m a Physio and I highly recommend this product for pain, tightness and sport.

New favourite discovery, thanks to my lil sis. I have severe osteo arthritis and need two knee replacement surgeries but not till I’m in my 50’s earliest. I’m 48 😔. This cream lives beside my bed and I also need to purchase another for my handbag. The soothing relief it gives is like a hug from your grandmother. I put it everywhere. Thank you thank you. My only wish is that it was in a larger size, but I’m guessing perhaps it would compromise the integrity of the product. I am keeping everything crossed. The first packet I tried had my shoulder moving again. This was after a slow decline from body building to just about frozen after years of trouble and surgery. I was moving weights for the first time in years, within about 5 weeks and able to shovel snow at work a couple of months later. Life changing stuff. 

Excellent product. It works!! Non greasy and doesn’t stain. Highly recommended.

I’ve used it a couple times on my lower back after a minor strain injury. And my thighs after a ski touring trip.
