GD sports cream gives me a good constant heat all the way through any activity. Gets me warm before I start my warmup, heats up the joints and makes it easier for me to get in the game. Now north of 40 with 5 very active kids, it’s key to keeping up with them.

I find it perfect for pre training and pre game warm up rubs as it has a long lasting effect. I also find it super beneficial for post training and games, as the heat sensation works wonders on those fatigued, achey muscles.
